For a Christmas gift for my husband, I arranged to have his Subaru Legacy 2.5 GT detailed and all four door panels replaced. Ken was so pleasant, efficient and helpful right from the get-go. He constantly kept me in the loop from quoting an estimate, showing me the panels, and updating me on the progress of the job. The work was flawless, and the car looked 100 percent better. When he saw the finished result, my hubby's eyes lit up like a Christmas tree. He was visibly delighted and excited. I feel sure this is the best gift he has ever received. I can't thank Ken and his crew enough for doing such a sensational and A-1 job. Based on the fantastic results, it is very obvious Ken loves and takes sincere pride in his work. It is so refreshing to see a local business owner value customer service and satisfaction as highly as Ken. This gentleman KNOWS his stuff.

I own a beautiful black Dodge Ram. The box of my truck was dented in a parking lot. I received a recommendation to go to, Ken's Auto Body. I went for an estimate and Ken answered all of my questions. I was told that he could make the truck look like new and the entire process would take three days. He asked that I call the day before I brought the truck in for repairs. Black is a very hard color to do and when I went to pick my truck up I couldn't believe how beautiful it looked! Ken's also detailed my truck inside and out...WOW...so beautiful! I have told all of my friend's that if they have a bad experience with their vehicle to see Ken. Ken took care of me, and did it with flying colors. I will always go to him. He's honest, professional and get's the job done right. Thank you Ken!!!!

Dear Ken, I just wanted to take a minute to thank you for the outstanding job you did repairing my car. This being my first experience in dealing with major body damage, and working with an insurance company, I expected the worst. I can’t express enough how impressed I am with the service I received from Ken’s Auto Body. Besides the initial meeting with my insurance agent I didn’t have to deal with them again. You handled all of that for me. When I got out of my car after hitting the deer I knew my vehicle would never be the same. The truth is, my car is in better shape and looks nicer now than it did before the accident. My name is Jennifer Johnston and I am a teacher in Santa Cruz. Recently my car was hit and I brought it to your shop for repairs. I was having difficulty getting a rental car due to insurance issues. Your entire staff reassured me that they would do whatever was necessary with the insurance company, which lessened my burden. I appreciate your offer to borrow one of your trucks if I wasn't able to obtain a rental car. Somebody hit my parked car, yet I had to fight to get a rental; knowing you would help me reassured me I would be able to get to work. Just wanted to say thanks for fixing our 2008 Chevrolet Tahoe. The car was in and out of the shop in a very timely manner. Since I didn’t have rental car insurance, Ken’s Auto Body offered me a complimentary rental car, which saved our family the hassle and money of getting one on our own. When the car was repaired, it looked and drove brand new again, like nothing ever happened. I’d recommend this shop to anybody without hesitation.

Special thanks to the team members at Ken’s Auto Body for repairing our 2007 Toyota Prius. My wife accidentally ran into a deer. The team took care of the car promptly and professionally during this time when she was quite shaken up. Ken and his team put my wife at ease, then kept in close contact with her on the progress of the vehicle. The car now looks as if nothing had happened. Thanks for helping alleviate her stress and mine during this time. After getting the car back, I decided to have them paint my 1972 Chevrolet Corvette, which turned out absolutely beautiful. Less than two weeks after I purchased my 2004, 40th anniversary edition Mustang convertible, my wife and I were rear-ended in a highway pile-up. Thankfully, no one was seriously injured, but our new car was nearly totaled. We were heart-broken. We took our car to Ken to see if there was anything he could do to save it. Ken and his crew not only fixed our car, but restored it to "better than factory" condition. They worked directly with the insurance company, and took all of the stress out of the whole ordeal for us. We love our Mustang, and we would never take it anywhere else.
